3. Intellectual property
The SoloGestion software, brand, logo, texts, illustrations and code are protected by law 17-97 on industrial property and law 2-00 on copyright and related rights. Any reproduction or reuse, even partial, without written permission is prohibited.
The documents you create in your workspace (quotes, invoices, client data) remain your property.
4. Personal data
The processing of personal data by SoloGestion is described in the Privacy policy. It complies with law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and is subject to the required formalities with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
5. Limitation of liability
SoloGestion is a management aid. Tax computations (ceilings, tax, withholding) are indicative, based on the rules in force and the information you enter; they are not tax or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your filings with the General Tax Directorate (DGI) and the CNSS.
The publisher strives to keep the information on the site accurate and may correct it at any time.
6. Applicable law
This notice is governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to the site or the application falls, failing an amicable settlement, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
