Your name (or trade name), address, ICE, tax ID (IF), your registration number in the national auto-entrepreneur register, the invoice number and date, the client’s identity (and its ICE if it is a company), the description of services, the amounts and the mention “VAT exempt (art. 91-II-1° CGI)”. The amount in words and the payment method are customary.
The compliant auto-entrepreneur invoice, with nothing missing.
An invoice refused by a client or an accountant is a payment that slips by a month. SoloGestion puts every mandatory mention in place and numbers without gaps.

The problem
Why a Word invoice often gets refused
The auto-entrepreneur regime is simple, but the invoice follows the same rules as a company’s. Three mistakes come back all the time.
- 01
A mention is missing
No ICE, no tax ID or no auto-entrepreneur number: the client’s accounting department blocks the payment.
- 02
VAT is handled wrong
A “VAT 20%” line, or no “VAT exempt — art. 91-II-1° CGI” mention, makes the invoice incorrect.
- 03
Numbering skips
F-12 then F-14: an audit reads a vanished invoice. The sequence must be continuous, per year.
What SoloGestion does
What SoloGestion does for you
You pick the client and the services. Everything else is filled from your profile and checked before issue.
Mandatory mentions in place
Name, address, ICE, tax ID, AE number, number and date, client with its ICE, description, amounts in figures and words, the art. 91 VAT mention.
Continuous numbering per year
F-2026-0001, F-2026-0002… assigned only at issue. Drafts never consume a number.
A clean PDF, in French or English
Five templates including the official register model, your logo and colour. Your client gets the PDF by email or WhatsApp and can pay by transfer with your printed RIB.
In figures

Frequently asked
Auto-entrepreneur invoice
No. Auto-entrepreneurs are outside the scope of VAT. Your invoice carries no VAT and must say so explicitly.
An issued invoice is never edited. It is cancelled by a credit note, then you issue a new invoice. SoloGestion creates the credit note in one click and keeps the link between both.
You can issue the invoice in English, in dirhams. The Moroccan legal mentions stay the same; a foreign client simply has no ICE.
